We guarantee our product against any defects as they are hand inspected before being shipped out to you. Within 30 days if you notice something, let us know! We could exchange this product with one of equal or lesser value. We would be happy to assist in any way shape or form. If you need a refund on a full priced products, no problem!
Being a newish company, we don't have a formalized policy but our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your product, our company, and the customer service you receive.

Any items on sale are not valid for a refund sorry. We're happy to exchange for the right size, color, or another product of equal value though. We can even issue a Gift Certificate!
